Dear Trinity Street Elementary/Dual Language Community,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Nicole Fisher, and I am honored to begin my third year serving as Principal of Trinity Street Elementary & Dual Language School.
As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, I remain deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve this incredible community. Over the past two years, I have had the privilege of building meaningful relationships with our students, families, staff, and community partners. Together, we have celebrated successes, faced challenges, and continued to grow as a school community committed to excellence for every child.
I grew up in El Sereno, California, just a few miles from Trinity Street. I am the oldest of three children raised by hardworking parents who instilled in me the values of perseverance, service, and education. As a mother of three children, I understand the importance of creating a school environment where students feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
My career with LAUSD began as a Teacher Assistant before becoming a classroom teacher. I later served as a Targeted Student Populations Coordinator, Categorical Programs Coordinator, and Assistant Principal. These experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in instructional leadership, community engagement, and school operations.
I am a lifelong learner and proud graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and teaching credential. I later earned my Master's Degree and Administrative Credential from California State University, Northridge.
As we enter the 2026–2027 school year, I am excited to continue the important work we have begun together. Our school is committed to fostering academic excellence, developing student leadership through our Leader in Me journey, and ensuring that every student has the opportunity to learn, lead, and soar.
Trinity Street Elementary/Dual Language is truly a small but mighty community, and I look forward to another year of partnership, growth, and success alongside our students, families, and staff.

Mientras nos preparamos para el año escolar 2026–2027, sigo profundamente agradecida por la oportunidad de servir a esta increíble comunidad. Durante los últimos dos años, he tenido el privilegio de construir relaciones significativas con nuestros estudiantes, familias, personal y socios comunitarios. Juntos hemos celebrado éxitos, enfrentado desafíos y continuado creciendo como una comunidad escolar comprometida con la excelencia para cada estudiante.
Crecí en El Sereno, California, a solo unas millas de Trinity Street. Soy la mayor de tres hijos de padres trabajadores que me inculcaron los valores de la perseverancia, el servicio y la educación. Como madre de tres hijos, comprendo la importancia de crear un entorno escolar donde los estudiantes se sientan seguros, apoyados e inspirados para aprender.
Mi carrera en LAUSD comenzó como Asistente de Maestro antes de convertirme en maestra de salón de clases. Más adelante, me desempeñé como Coordinadora de Poblaciones Estudiantiles Específicas, Coordinadora de Programas Categóricos y Subdirectora. Estas experiencias me han brindado una sólida base en liderazgo educativo, participación comunitaria y gestión escolar.
Soy una aprendiz de por vida y una orgullosa graduada de California State University, Los Angeles, donde obtuve mi Licenciatura en Desarrollo Infantil y mi credencial de enseñanza. Posteriormente, obtuve mi Maestría y Credencial Administrativa en California State University, Northridge.
Al comenzar el año escolar 2026–2027, me entusiasma continuar el importante trabajo que hemos iniciado juntos. Nuestra escuela está comprometida con el logro de la excelencia académica, el desarrollo del liderazgo estudiantil a través de nuestra trayectoria de Leader in Me, y con garantizar que cada estudiante tenga la oportunidad de aprender, liderar y alcanzar grandes alturas.
La Escuela Primaria Trinity Street/Dual Language es verdaderamente una comunidad pequeña pero poderosa, y espero con entusiasmo otro año de colaboración, crecimiento y éxito junto a nuestros estudiantes, familias y personal.
